These Terms govern access to and use of Gypsy Jazz YouTube Intelligence, a private internal analytics tool operated by the Gypsy Jazz Club team.

Authorized use

The application is intended only for specifically authorized team accounts. Users may access it solely for legitimate channel analytics, reporting and content-planning purposes.

Google authorization

Each Google account holder controls the permissions granted to the application. Access may be revoked at any time through the account holder's Google Account security settings.

Prohibited use

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, expose credentials, access data they are not authorized to view, interfere with the application, or use its data for unlawful or unrelated purposes.

Availability

The application is provided for internal operational use. Although reasonable care is taken to maintain accurate reporting and secure access, uninterrupted availability and error-free results are not guaranteed.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the application changes. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
