This Privacy Policy explains how Gypsy Jazz YouTube Intelligence accesses, uses, stores and protects Google user data. The application is a private internal analytics tool operated by the Gypsy Jazz Club team for authorized team accounts.

Google data the application accesses

With the account holder's explicit authorization, the application may access:

  • YouTube channel identity and channel statistics;
  • uploaded-video metadata and public video statistics;
  • YouTube Analytics metrics, including views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, search terms, subscriber activity and engagement;
  • comments and replies on authorized channel videos; and
  • a designated private Google spreadsheet used to store and analyze channel reports.

How the data is used

The data is used only to maintain internal analytics, evaluate channel and video performance, improve publishing and educational-content strategy, and prepare reports for the authorized Gypsy Jazz Club team.

The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.

Separate account permissions

YouTube and Google Drive/Sheets access use separate authorizations. YouTube authorization does not grant access to the AI Control Center's Drive, and the AI Control Center's spreadsheet authorization does not grant control of the YouTube channel.

Storage and security

OAuth refresh credentials are stored as encrypted hosted secrets. Analytics results are stored in a private Google spreadsheet accessible only to authorized accounts. The application exposes no credentials through its user interface or reporting tools.

Retention and deletion

Authorized analytics data is retained only for as long as it is useful for internal reporting or required for legitimate operational purposes. An account holder may revoke the application's Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Requests concerning stored data or deletion may be sent to the contact address below.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
